All Del Norte savings accounts computate the balances in the same way. We use daily-balance method to calculate the interest on your account. This method applies a daily periodic rate to the principal in the account each day. Interest begins to accrue on the business day you deposit non cash items (for example, checks).

Additionally, interest will be compounded on a daily basis and will be credited to your account on a monthly basis for all savings accounts.
