MIKE HURST President Bank: 719-657-4540 Cell: 719-850-3382
Living in the San Luis Valley is a joy. I grew up in Monte Vista, where I went to high school. Later, my wife and I raised two sons in Monte, worked in Alamosa and played in South Fork. I have loved every community I've worked, lived and played in. The people in the Valley are its treasure... the general integrity, reliability, and compassion of people here is genuine and honest. These are characteristics hard to come by these days. Honestly, I like working at the bank a little too much. Staying busy is easy with hobbies like sailing, mountain biking, camping and skiing.

TJ BROWN Vice President/Loan Officer Bank: 719-657-4544 Cell: 719-849-0085
I moved to this beautiful valley shortly after I graduated from College in 2003. The mountains, a small town pace, and getting back to my family roots beckoned me to move to Rio Grande County. I grew up in Dallas but, as my family is from the area, I spent all of my holidays here while growing up. In my spare time I enjoy staying active in the community by serving on various boards, civic groups, and service clubs. I also enjoy cycling, hiking 14ers, fishing, airplanes, and cooking.

I truly love and appreciate the beautiful scenery and nature around us. I have many loves in my life including my family, animals especially my two dogs that are my pride and joy, the outdoors, church, and sports. A perfect day for me would consist of being with all my family in the mountains enjoying God's beauty.
